Winding & Testing Process

Five focused stages — from raw material to a fully tested, dispatched motor

Material Inspection

Incoming copper wire is inspected for purity, diameter accuracy, and insulation quality. Only wire that meets our specifications enters the winding stage.

Precision Copper Winding

Every coil is wound with 100% pure copper wire by our skilled winders. No aluminium or mixed winding — ever.

Assembly & Varnish Treatment

Wound coils are assembled into the stator core with proper insulation and slot filling, then undergo varnish impregnation for moisture resistance and long-term durability.

Electrical Testing — Every Motor

Every assembled motor is tested for insulation resistance and subjected to a high voltage (HV) withstand test — no exceptions. Substandard motors are rejected at this stage.

Performance Testing & Dispatch

Each motor is run under a manual load and checked for noise level, vibration, and operational performance. Only motors that pass all checks are approved, labelled, and dispatched.
